(a) release Jennifer Wilson o/a “Over the Moon”, her employees, agents, contractors and their respective heirs, successors and assigns (the “releasees”) from all present, past or future loss, injury or damage of any kind which the releasors may experience arising from the ______________________________ to be held on ________________ at ____________________________________ (the event) even if such loss, injury or damage results from any kind of negligence or breach of duty or obligation by the releasees;
(b) indemnify and save harmless the releasees from all liability they may sustain as a result of the event; and
(c) agree to compensate the releasees for any property loss or damage they may suffer from the event.
